Such a Penn State move for a kicker to announce his commitment via a Twitter video. I’m almost positive the kicker rankings on recruiting sites like Rivals and 24/7 are the least visited webpages on the internet. No one give a shit about kickers until they miss 4 field goals in a game including coming up short as time expires allowing a return for a season ending TD.
